Brad has worked in the superannuation industry for over 40 years, starting out with a major life office in the 'bad old days' of high fee, commission-based policies governed by little or no regulation or oversight. He has worked across most areas of the industry (retail, industry and corporate funds) in roles including administration, relationship management, trustee servicing, education, marketing and systems development.

For the last fifteen years Brad has specialised in risk and compliance activities for both service providers and funds. He is currently the Risk and Compliance Manager at Mercy Super, the Brisbane-based corporate fund for Mercy Partners organisations, the largest of which is Brisbane's Mater Hospital.

Brad holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters degrees in Business Management and Mediation & Conflict Resolution.
