Renee Curtiss, Capability Consultant, HESTA

Renee Curtiss is a Capability Consultant for HESTA, the industry super fund for health and community services.

Working in the People & Culture team, she is responsible for all things learning and professional development at HESTA, setting up the learning infrastructure for the organisation and delivering fit-for purpose learning experiences that always put people at the centre of that experience. She is an experienced designer, project manager, coach and facilitator.

Along with 20 years of experience in learning, she has several postgraduate qualifications in Adult Education, Industry Learning, Coaching and Leadership, and is currently finishing a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Coaching and Leadership.

She is a mum to a toddler and two rescue dogs, wife and Auntie, and never thought she'd see the day she'd be attending (and enjoying) yoga classes on Zoom.


Chris Goulas, Principal Consultant and HR Lead, Kaizen Recruitment

Chris is a financial services and human resources professional with expertise in superannuation and insurance. This expertise is complemented with direct experience in member services, sales and claims at UniSuper and AAMI. Chris’ recruitment focus spans insurance and superannuation operations, project delivery, service centre and human resources that deliver on client and customer expectations. He is known for his consultative and collaborative approach to workforce planning and strategy, high attention to detail, honest and personable communication style. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science and has also recently completed with distinction a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management at RMIT.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his family and in his spare time he partakes in 5-a-side futsal.


Sarah Guthleben, Executive Officer, Capability and Enablement, Equip Super

Sarah Guthleben has over 19 years’ experience in human resources and organisational change management and brings valuable insights from a wide range of diverse industry sectors, including manufacturing and financial services. In addition to human resources Sarah manages the delivery of Equip’s extensive project and technology portfolios.

Sarah’s interests extend beyond the traditional human resource spectrum as she specialises in partnering with executive teams to identify and implement strategies for the attraction, retention and development of diverse workforces in environments that promote organisational wellbeing. She has a passion for building flourishing workplaces that encourage out of the box ideas, generate positive psychology with a heavy dose of healthy thinking.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Distinction) from RMIT and a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrated Human Studies from the University of Western Australia. In addition to her role as Executive Officer Capability & Enablement at Equip Sarah is a Director of SuperFriend, an advocate for mentally healthy workplaces and a Director of Equipsuper Financial Planning.
