Webinar Engagement  Operations  Business operations

We all want to thrive at work, be our best selves and do our best work. The science of what it takes to thrive, both in the workplace and beyond is growing. And, the message is clear, we can make a difference. The actions we take can have a significant impact on our wellbeing, health and work performance.

This webinar will explore how you can build and sustain your mental wellbeing and provide you with a set of practical actions you can enact in your workplace and life.

Speaker

Helena Andrews, Positive Psychology Solutions Manager, SuperFriend

Helena believes that work can, and should be, a contributor to our mental health and wellbeing. When people can be their best selves and do their best work, when work is meaningful and inclusive, and when people can engage fully, work is a positive contributor to wellbeing. Helena works at the individual, team and organisational levels to turn that opportunity into reality. She holds a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Melbourne and believes that workplace solutions should be based on good evidence as well as being simple to understand and put into practice. Within her own workplace, Helena is the convener of Nerd Thursday, a time for the team to share knowledge and ideas, learn from each other and have fun.
