Michelle Kam, Partner, Strategy&, PwC

Michelle is the lead for Australia for the Katzenbach Centre, a research and innovation hub specialising in culture and leadership headquartered in New York.  She also has a PhD in Psychology and is passionate about leveraging her understanding of human behaviour to provide clients with strategies to realise potential through people.  She led the PwC’s people response to Hayne’s Royal Commission.

Her primary focus has been on leading whole-of-organisation transformations, defining the operating model, critical capabilities, people and performance required to support strategic intent.  At the heart of organisational transformation is people, and Michelle has supported organisations work through the often felt inertia of their cultural situation to accelerate behavioural change for rapid impact.

She has diverse experience across sectors, including Financial Services, the public sector, higher education, retail and consumer goods, airlines, media, utilities and healthcare.

Bernard Reilly, Chief Executive Officer, Sunsuper

As Sunsuper’s Chief Executive, Bernard Reilly oversees one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing, top-10 super funds.

Bernard has extensive global experience in the international banking and finance sector. Prior to joining Sunsuper, Bernard was a member of the Board Investment Committee at NSW Treasury Corporation, which is the asset management arm and financial markets partner of the NSW Government. 

Bernard also has 25 years’ experience with State Street Global Advisors, most recently based in Boston and Sydney in the role of Executive Vice President, Global Head of Strategy, where he was responsible for setting the global strategic direction of the asset management business.  

With this global experience and significant expertise in ensuring compliance with key regulatory agencies, Bernard’s strong investment and strategic leadership credentials will lead Sunsuper through a period of industry dynamism and regulatory change.

Bernard holds a Bachelor of Economics and he is a CFA Charter Holder.


Craig Cummins, Superannuation Leader, Partner, PwC Australia

Craig is PwC’s Superannuation, Asset and Wealth Management Leader, responsible for leading the firm’s market and client initiatives for the industry. Craig has over 25 year’s experience in financial services and provides assurance, regulatory and consulting services to some of the world’s leading superannuation funds, asset and wealth managers. Craig is a CFA Charterholder, Chartered Accountant and registered company auditor.
