Erin Newington, Senior Consultant, intelia

Erin is a curious, driven, and energetic business and change analyst who specialises in leading deep dive analysis in business and technology engagements that involve major change, integration, migration, and replacement with a particular focus on data and digital enablement.

Erin has a passion for designing people-centered, innovative business solutions that tailor to the needs of the organisation. Erin has completed an MBA with Deakin University, specialising in business analytics, and has also completed a certification in Design Thinking through MIT.

She is currently completing a Master of Data Science Strategy and Leadership. Erin has a keen interest in data investment and management and strives to be at the forefront of leading change by creating better business operations and customer experiences.


Direnc Uysal, Chief Technologist, intelia

Direnc has over 15 years’ experience in helping large companies plan, deliver and manage programs that enable new operating models through the adoption of innovative technology. Direnc has a wealth of experience across the full SDLC with specialist skills in the areas of strategy and solution design, cloud application development, digital consulting, emerging technology implementation and project management. He has a diverse background working closely with technology and business stakeholders as well as managing multiple vendors and global teams from project inception through to handover and support.

As intelia’s Chief Technologist, Direnc works closely with companies to help them release the value within their data, ensuring accurate data is readily available and helps companies embrace data as an asset so they are able to make data driven decisions. Direnc plays a key role in identifying and managing the relationships with our world leading technology partners.

Direnc possesses several qualifications including:

Jonathan Kelly, Head of Growth and Partnerships, TAL

Jonathan has been within the insurance in super industry for more than 20 years. During this period, he has worked in senior positions with a number of major group life insurers, as well as in consulting roles and within a fund insurance based role. Through these various roles he has developed a deep understanding of the industry as whole.

Jonathan joined TAL in 2018, and with extensive experience in client relationships is responsible for understanding client needs and supporting in the development of customised solutions for members and assisting funds with their insurance goals. Jonathan is passionate about the value insurance in super brings to the community and the outcomes that be delivered to members through collaboration between all the parties involved.
