Anna leads UniSuper’s Delivery and Information division and is responsible for delivering strategic projects, member administration operations, developing and implementing the IT strategy, and information security management. She has been leading the business through a technology transformation to deliver better value to members through efficient, scalable and modern processes and technology. Anna is also driving a major member-centred business optimisation program across administration operations.  

As a highly accomplished senior executive, corporate adviser and Board member, Anna is renowned for her ability to blend strategy development and transformational change across customer experience, technology, business practices and growth culture. 


Dr. Catherine Lopes, Founder and Director, Opsdo Analytics; Head of Data Strategy and Analytics, ME Bank

Dr. Catherine Lopes is a strategic team leader, an outcome and value focused data scientist, a data and business driven consultant, and a passionate educator in data and analytics. Her recent focus is on helping organizations to uplift business performance by developing data and analytics strategy, applying broad range analytics including machine learning and AI through a governed enterprise data management framework and process.  

Catherine worked in the data and analytics domain for more than 20 years internationally across a wide range of sectors. She has a unique suite of skills including deep technical background, focused business delivery mindset, strong story telling communication, and excellent leadership skills.  Her specialties are in Machine Learning, Analytics Transformation, Data Strategy and Management, and end-to-end delivery. 

She is an advocate for supporting women in analytics and data science, and bridging gaps between academia and industry.


Claire Pales, Director, 27 Lanterns; Host, The Secure CIO Podcast

Claire is the author of the best-selling book “The Secure CIO”, a podcast host and Director of 27 Lanterns, a consulting company committed to helping organisations create and sustain effective information and cyber security teams. She has 17 years of experience establishing teams and leading award-winning security strategies throughout Australia and Asia including Hong Kong, China and India. Her focus is to grow and coach information security professionals and help businesses to establish exceptional information security practices.  In addition to a postgraduate qualification in eCrime, Claire is a qualified coach and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).  In 2019 Claire was named a Fellow of the Australian Information Security Association (FAISA).  Based in Melbourne, Claire is a mum to 4 children, a sought after speaker, an industry writer and advocate for people in cyber.

Felicia Trewin, Group Executive, Technology Services, AustralianSuper

Felicia joined AustralianSuper in July 2018 as the Fund’s first Chief Information Officer. Felicia leads the group technology function and is a member of the Executive Committee.

Felicia is responsible for the IT strategy and technology infrastructure, platforms and applications that support and facilitate the business strategy of AustralianSuper globally.

Felicia has spent over two decades working across the globe in senior roles with Deloitte, Microsoft, and Accenture, and most recently at ANZ in Melbourne. At ANZ, Felicia was a member of the Bank’s senior leadership team, the Australian executive leadership team, and the Corporate and Commercial Bank leadership team. She held various roles including General Manager (Technology Australia), Global Head of Technology (Corporate Commercial Banking), Head of Strategy & Business Optimisation (Corporate Commercial Banking), and Head of Emerging Technology Labs. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University and post graduate studies at the University of New South Wales, Cranfield School of Management (UK) and MIT (US). Felicia holds a patent award for co-developing the original Xbox supply chain system during her time at Microsoft in the United States, and has been a Director for various charity, industry and subsidiary Boards.
