Melissa Adam, Head of Brand and Marketing, NGS Super

As the Head of Brand and Marketing at NGS Super, Melissa is responsible for the Fund’s marketing, oversight of all member and employer engagement related to marketing.

Melissa was appointed in September 2018 following 15 years of marketing experience including roles at ANZ, QSuper, Telstra and J.P.Morgan. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Communications from Queensland University of Technology and is a certified Direct and Digital Marketer and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Marketing.


Jean-Luc Ambrosi, Executive General Manager Marketing & Digital, TelstraSuper

Jean-Luc Ambrosi (BA Psychology, MA Marketing) is an award winning marketer who has built an enviable reputation as a marketing strategist, focusing on the consumer experience far beyond the walls of marketing departments, and also as a leader able to drive implementation through rigorous tactical plans and innovative delivery.  

A member of TelstraSuper’s executive team, Jean-Luc leads the marketing and digital teams as well as providing critical input and analysis to business strategy and planning.

He carries a wealth of experience in financial marketing including senior leadership roles with Vanguard, BlackRock and NAB and is also the author of the book 'Branding to Differ’.


Sam Harris, Head of Insights & Experience, HESTA

Sam joined HESTA as a consultant in 2015 and was appointed General Manager Insights and Customer Experience in January 2016.

He has over 10 years of experience in superannuation and has previously held a variety of leadership positions in Product, Insights and Customer Experience.

Sam and his team use analytics and design to create connected experiences which improve retirement outcomes for HESTA members and deliver meaningful results.

Craig is the Marketing and Communications Manager at Mercy Super, a Brisbane-based corporate super fund focused on delivering member-first services to staff at the Mater hospital and other Sisters of Mercy employers throughout Queensland.

Craig has 35 years’ experience within the superannuation industry, starting out as a fund administrator and then progressing across an array of business segments through senior management roles delivering change within local & global financial institutions as well as profit-for-members superannuation funds.
