Jennifer Kozicki, Co-Head, Liquid Credit, Ares Management (US)

Ms. Kozicki is a Partner in the Ares Credit Group, Co-Head of Global Liquid Credit and a member of the Management Committee of Ares Management. She additionally serves as a member of the Ares Credit Group's U.S. Liquid Credit Investment Committee. Ms. Kozicki began her career at Ares as a member of the Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Ares in 1999, she was a member of the European Leveraged Finance Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. in London. Previously, Ms. Kozicki worked in the Global Leveraged Finance Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York, where she focused on the origination and structuring of high yield bond and mezzanine financing transactions across a number of industries. Ms. Kozicki holds a B.S. from the New York University Stern School of Business in Finance and International Business.

Lillian Nunez, Executive Director, IFM Investors

Lillian is responsible for joint management of key credit portfolios, credit product strategies including the IFM Specialised Credit Fund (SCF), and heads the team responsible for conducting credit analysis, due diligence, investment recommendations and portfolio asset management support to the Debt Investments Team. Lillian originally joined ME Bank in 2000 as Business Lending Manager, and joined the Capital Markets team in 2002 as Portfolio Manager responsible for securitisation bond fund raising for Superannuation Members Home Loans and Maxis Home Loans.

In 2005, she joined the newly established Members Equity debt investment team as Portfolio Analyst. This team subsequently transferred to IFM in 2007. Prior to joining Members Equity, Lillian was the Senior Credit Analyst with Credit Suisse First Boston in Melbourne, Singapore and Sydney, providing credit analysis, industry sector research and lending recommendations for the Australian and New Zealand corporate lending portfolios.


John Cummins, Chief Investment Officer, SocietyOne

John joined SocietyOne as Chief Investment Officer in 2017. His career spans 30 years in financial services and has included senior markets-based roles both in Australia and offshore at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Westpac Institutional Bank, Macquarie Bank and HSBC.

Prior to joining SocietyOne, John was Head of Markets at FIIG Securities, Australia’s largest specialist fixed income provider with over $11 billion under management.
