AIST’s SuperGrads welcomes all industry, public sector and corporate superannuation funds that support the profit-to-member superannuation sector, to participate in the 12-month program.
Launched in 2004, the program provides graduates or existing employees within the funds a pathway to leadership in this $1.6 trillion industry.

The program has provided our chosen candidate with a broad understanding of our sector and the industry, and I would recommend it to others."

"Equip is again participating in the AIST graduate program after a great experience in 2014. Our former graduate was a great fit and has remained with Equip as a valued member of our team. The program is thorough and the opportunities for graduates to work together on group projects throughout the year provides great networking and learning experiences."
