AIST’s SuperGrads welcomes all industry, public sector and corporate superannuation funds that support the profit-to-member superannuation sector, to participate in the 12-month program.
Program Overview
Launched in 2004, the program provides graduates or existing employees within the funds a pathway to leadership in this $1.6 trillion industry.
Program Objectives
As an initiative run by the industry for the industry, SuperGrads allows us to showcase our rapidly growing sector and the variety of excellent career opportunities that exist within it. AIST is committed to identifying and developing talented individuals graduating from universities across the country in a variety of specialist fields to work in the profit-to-member superannuation industry.
In fostering the next generation of leaders, the program aims to develop individuals who are genuinely committed to making a difference to the quality of retirement for working people and their families, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the underlying ethos of profit-to-member superannuation.

- An intimate group of graduates per year

- Nationally recognised RG 146 Foundations of Super training
