The AIST SuperGrad program provides Graduates with a unique and insightful experience about the Australian Superannuation sector. It has given me the opportunity to learn from industry leaders about future issues the sector will face, as well as be excited about the possible opportunities and how I can contribute to them.

The highlight of the SuperGrad program was the exposure to the passionate and hardworking people in the profit-to-member industry. It was a privilege to meet with so many different people from union officials to senior executives who really went out of their way to tell us their story and answer all our questions. Throughout the program I felt highly supported by AIST, my mentor and my fellow SuperGrads. I would highly recommend the SuperGrad
