Impact of public holiday on APRA reporting due 30 Sept
At AIST's request APRA has considered the impact of the unplanned national public holiday on Thursday 22 September on entities' ability to lodge reports due on 30 September.
APRA will consider granting an extension, however this will need to be requested on an individual fund basis.
These requests will be assessed individually and will be approved if the entity can provide adequate explanations on how the public holiday has impacted the entity's ability to meet the reporting obligations.
If you have any further questions please contact the relevant APRA team via (DataAnalytics@apra.gov.au)
