Managing supply chains during COVID-19

The global COVID-19 lockdown has caused major disruption and uncertainty to the supply of many goods and services across all industries. But while this has crippled some businesses and their supply chains, it has provided opportunities for others.

Sharon Morris (GM of Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply – Australia & NZ) will host this Q&A discussion about how superannuation businesses have adapted their procurement and operational functions in a new COVID-19 world.

Joining the discussion will be a number of industry find procurement professionals who will reflect on their lockdown learnings and experiences, and share their considerations for transitioning back to normal operations.
