The superannuation industry landscape is complex and constantly changing. PMOs can be the strategic voice for super funds to decide on critical projects, programs and portfolios to be delivered on time, within budget and with the quality to improve member and employer experience.
However, research shows a startling high failure rate of PMOs with a short lifespan of 3-4 years. Learn the key aspects to building and running an effective PMO that serves the organisation well and delivers long-term business results.
Project Management Office (PMO) is a 2-day course delivered by HIQLS and supported by AIST.
This workshop is designed for a wide range of participants working in the superannuation industry.
Please note: Course participants will receive 14 CPD hours upon completion of the two day course. Participants can receive up to 3 additional CPD hours if they participate in up to 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions after the course.
This course is offered as an in-house course. If you would like to discuss this option, please contact the AIST education team on 03 8677 3800 or training@aist.asn.au
