Assessing Death and TPD Claims

AIST’s Assessing Death and TPD Claims workshop provides the skills and knowledge needed to develop and implement bestpractice claims assessment practices.

Join us for our half-day virtual course on to explore common issues when assessing total permanent disability (TPD) and death benefit claims.

Through real-life case studies, participants will receive the skills and knowledge needed to process and handle these claims.

The course provides students with the skills and knowledge to process and handle the assessment of TPD and death benefit claims with the view to improving a fund’s service levels and reputation.

Note: This course can be customised to focus on either TPD or death claims only, if preferred.

Who should register?

This session is designed for Trustees of Superannuation Funds, Complaints Officers and Administrators; particularly those on the Claims Review Committee.
