Emma has worked at QSuper (which is part of the Australian Retirement Trust) for 9yrs and loves working for a Member centric fund.

During her tenure, she has been lucky enough to work in a range of roles including Insurance Claims management, Business Analysis, Product Analysis and now Projects from a Customer & Marketing focus. As a Project Specialist, she plays a key role within the Customer & marketing business unit by planning, executing and finalising project delivery according timeframes, budget and regulatory and legislative compliance. The role works closely with key stakeholders within the business unit, across the wider organisation, and third-party suppliers to successfully deliver customer outcomes, within Group portfolio.

Emma specialises in change delivery, and has a passion for education and training. She is passionate about helping everyone understand Superannuation and Insurance so that we can all look forward to the future.
