Robbie Campo

Robbie Campo is the Group Executive – Brand, Advocacy and Product at Cbus. She has worked for almost two decades in the superannuation industry including previously as Deputy Chief Executive at Industry Super Australia.

Robbie has extensive experience in product, marketing, brand, communications, strategic policy and advocacy, risk and compliance and financial advice. In her role at Industry Super Australia Robbie led significant advocacy efforts for the introduction of consumer protections in the financial advice sector including the introduction of a best interest test for advice.

Robbie has a deep and sustaining passion for improving the lives of Cbus members and a determination to ensure all Australians have a secure and comfortable retirement. A key priority for her is to see systemic improvements for women’s retirement outcomes.

She is a current Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee at Victoria Legal Aid, and is a Director of Women in Super and the Chair of WIS’ Policy Committee.
