AIST’s SuperGrads welcomes all industry, public sector or corporate superannuation funds, and related entities that support the profit-to-member superannuation sector, to participate in the 12-month program.
Launched in 2004, the program provides graduates or existing employees within the funds a pathway to leadership in this $1.5 trillion industry.
As an initiative run by the industry for the industry, SuperGrads allows us to showcase our rapidly growing sector and the variety of excellent career opportunities that exist within it. AIST is committed to identifying and developing talented individuals graduating from universities across the country in a variety of specialist fields to work in the profit-to-member superannuation industry.
In fostering the next generation of leaders, the program aims to develop individuals who are genuinely committed to making a difference to the quality of retirement for working people and their families, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the underlying ethos of profit-to-member superannuation.
A competitive salary, excellent working conditions and the opportunity to work and study with the full support of your employer.
This program will be coordinated by AIST on behalf of industry, public sector and corporate superannuation funds and associated service providers.
"Equip is again participating in the AIST graduate program after a great experience in 2014. Our former graduate was a great fit and has remained with Equip as a valued member of our team. The program is thorough and the opportunities for graduates to work together on group projects throughout the year provides great networking and learning experiences." Sarah Guthleben, Executive Officer People, Capability and Enablement, EquipSuper
