Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees ABN 19 123 284 275 (“AIST”) will be held in Hall E2 & E3 of the Adelaide Convention Centre, North Terrace, Adelaide, South Australia 5000, Australia on Wednesday 18 March 2020 at 12.15pm Adelaide time (ACDT).

2. Minutes of 2019 Annual General Meeting /strong>
To accept the Minutes of the 2019 Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 13 March 2019 at the Central Room A, Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, 2684 – 2690 Gold Coast Highway, Broadbeach, QLD, 4218.
3. Consideration of Financial Statements and Reports
An electronic copy of the annual financial statements is attached to this notice.
4. Election of Directors
5. Proposed Special Resolution
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as a Special Resolution:
That for the purposes of section 136 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and for all other purposes the Company approves and adopts the new Constitution in the form tabled at the Annual General Meeting and repeals the existing Constitution of the Company with effect on and from the time and date of this resolution.”

Proxies are not required to be AIST members.
