Delegate Cancellation/Transfer Policy
Refunds of conference registration fees will only be made
when written notification is received no later than 11
October 2012, a $150 cancellation fee will apply.
No refund of registration fees will be made when cancellations are
received after 11 October 2012; however a transfer
of registration to another person is permitted. All cancellations
and requests to transfer a registration to another person must be
received in writing. Please send any email requests to sis@aist.asn.au
AIST Superannuation Insurance Symposium Cancellation
Policy
Upon registering for the AIST Superannuation Insurance Symposium
all delegates agree that if for any reason beyond AIST's reasonable
control, including but not limited to strikes, labour disputes,
acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities, civil
disorder, disasters, acts of war, acts of nature (fires, floods, or
emergency conditions), AIST is unable to perform its obligations
under this agreement. Such non-performance is excused and AIST may
terminate any agreement without further liability of any
nature.
