AIST has launched a report on the views and opinions of 48 women trustee directors of not-for-profit funds.

The report - by AIST governance and research officer, Rob Demasi - provides a fascinating insight into how the experiences of these women in becoming trustee directors. The report looks at how the women were appointed, the barriers they faced in being appointed and includes suggestions on how to improve the current gender representation issue of not-for-profit super boards.
