The RG 146 Refresher is a half-day facilitated training course for people who are already RG 146 compliant. As the superannuation industry is constantly changing, with the introduction of new legislation and regulatory requirements, this course provides an update and overview of industry changes. Not only does this course provide an update of changes that have occurred in the industry recently, it provides an overview of some upcoming changes, and provides an opportunity to revisit some of the other RG 146 topics.

This workshop will explore particular investment areas in greater detail. The content covered in this interactive workshop will provide Trustees and superannuation practitioners with further insights into alternative assets and strategies.

Assessing (TPD) & Death Benefits workshop | CPD: 3 hrs

This workshop is aimed at providing Trustees, Complaints Officers and Administrators (particularly those on a Claims Review Committee), with the skills and knowledge to process and handle the assessing of 'Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) and Death Benefit' claims. The workshop gives an overview of the role of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT) in reviewing complaints from members.
