Do I need to book my own accommodation on conference days?
No, all hotel bookings for the conference venue will be made by
AIST on your behalf. Upon registering for the conference AIST will
contact you in relation to your accommodation requirements.
What if I wish to bring more than just my partner to Global
Dialogue?
The hotel has limited twin-bed rooms on offer,
please ensure you request a twin-bed room if you are bringing more
than your partner to the conference.
Children up to the age of 12, stay complimentary in the room.
Children over the age of 12, an additional cost of $50 on top of
the single occupancy rate.
What time can I check- in/check-out?
Check in: 2 pm
Check out: 12 noon
What business services will be available at the hotel?
Internet access will be provided complimentary to each guest per
day
