Who judges the Awards?
Each award for Excellence has a different judging panel,
comprising industry experts in that specific field and external
experts.
How are the Awards judged?
The awards are judged on a numerical basis, with the campaign,
individual or team awarded the highest score, being the winner.
What happens if a judge is a service provider of our
fund?
Judges are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement that
they will not disclose any information regarding entries or
nominations.
In the event that a judge on a particular panel has a business
relationship with your fund, they will refrain from judging that
specific nomination and the other judges scores will be added
together and amortised to give a final score. For example if scores
from Judge 1 was 90% and Judge 2 was 94%, these would be tallied
and equal 184%, and then divided, which would give a score of 92%
for the third judge.
Why should our fund nominate a staff member or team in
these Awards?
The winning individual or team of these awards will each receive
a scholarship to the value of $5,000 (from the Industry Partner
supporting that specific award) to be used for professional
development opportunities. Our Industry Partners will work in
consultation with the winners of the specific awards and their
managers to scope out the most effective professional development
opportunity to enhance the skills and knowledge.
