Cancellation Policies / Terms & Conditions
Refunds of event registration fees will only be made when
written notification is received no later than Friday 11 November
2011.
No refund of registration fees will be made when cancellations
are received after Friday 11 November 2011, however a transfer of
registration to another person is permitted.
All cancellations and request to transfer a registration
to another person must be received in writing.

Please note: Upon registering for the AIST Awards for
Excellence 2011 all delegates agree that if for any reason beyond
AIST's reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes,
labour disputes, acts, regulations or orders of governmental
authorities, civil disorder, disasters, acts of war, acts of nature
(fires, floods, or emergency conditions), AIST is unable to perform
its obligations under this agreement, such non-performance is
excused and AIST may terminate any agreement without further
liability of any nature.
