TRUSTEE TOOLKIT: TRUSTEE REFRESHER
AIST is proud to offer this highly interactive and
informative workshop.
The trustee refresher is a half-day
facilitated training course that is designed for trustee directors
and senior superannuation fund staff who want to refresh their
knowledge, and keep abreast of the latest issues, opportunities and
thinking relevant to trustee directors. This workshop
looks to some of the key changes that will dominate our focus
and thinking over the next 18 months, as well as providing key
learning from the recent Centro case.
TOPICS WILL INCLUDE
This session is designed to
prompt thought and discussion around a number of topical matters,
including:
- MySuper transition timeline (critical points and
considerations)
- Account consolidation (implications on the fund and
administrator)
- APRA Standards, key points from discussion paper
- Board assessment (an objective criteria of what you should look
to achieve from a Board assessment)
- Blind Freddy in the Boardroom (Centro case study)

trustee directors and senior superannuation fund staff.
