Trustee Induction Sessions
AIST has developed a 6 hour course aimed at providing Trustees
Directors with an in-depth understanding of their role and
responsibilities as a Trustee Director. This is a one-on-one
workshop.
This workshop is perfect for Trustee Directors who are new to
their role. It is practical, hands-on and conducted in an
environment to suit individual learning style preferences. It is
also good for Trustees wanting to have a refresher session on their
responsibilities. If you have new Trustees, give them the skills
and knowledge to enable them to undertake their role professionally
and confidently.
This workshop will provide your Trustees with a comprehensive
understanding of what is expected of them as a Trustee, what their
role and responsibilities are, who they are accountable to and how
to make a valuable contribution to their Board. As this is a
workshop for individuals or Trustees from the same fund, we can
tailor the content to be specific to your fund.
