Providing non-compliant financial advice can be detrimental for the member and may result in legal consequences for the fund.

This 3 hour session provides participants with the skills and tools they need to outline the different types of financial advice defined in the Corporations Act, to provide an overview of advice documentation and to understand best practice in the provision of financial advice.

  • The different levels of advice given to members
  • Common queries that could lead you to give the wrong level of advice 
  • Strategies on how to help members without putting you or their retirement savings at risk
